Try a reset first... it'll be faster than waiting for support over the weekend. You didn't tell us what version you have so here's the instructions for them all.
For SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thanks Paul, I´m sorry I rushed into the query before I realised how complicated it was (I´m sure it wasn´t in previous versions). It´s 2019 and I have tried resetting twice now, and I just get an error message and referral to support. I still have a few days left on the trial version so it isn't critical yet anyway.
My main problem, like many it seems, is I can´t access my old hard drive that failed to deactivate the old licence. So I guess I´ll just have to wait for support.
