I need to deactivate my licence since my computer crashed and I use Trados on a daily basis.
The error I received doens't tell me anything and I risk not being able to work on a simple technical issue.

I have freelance plus licences but I need to reset my 2 licences offline (since they are in my old computer) to be able to use them in my new laptop. Could you please help me?

Please create a new thread of your own and don't piggy back on another. We have an automated solution for raising the support cases and I can only do this for the original post.
