I can't tell exactly what is going on with my sdl studio 2017 license, multiple thing are happening with my product license.

First, I bought a new computer. Then I deactivated the licence on the old computer and afterwards activated it on the new one. But file associations were lost. I was able to restore associations for translation memories, but I can't for termbases.

Second, another weird thing is that I open Studio and I can't see all the projects in the main screen, it's completely white. Projects don't appear either when clicking on the menu ended projects o ongoing projects. 

Third, when I want to re-open a project, the folder appears completely empty (although if I go to the folder through pc explorer, I can see the project there; so, I try to open it from there, but sdl studio doesn't open it and gets blocked).

And las but not least, due to all these problems, I consider the best option would be to uninstall the application and re-install it. But when I go to the Panel control > programs, sdl trados is not there. And this is the most weird thing of all. 

Please help me, because I amb really lost here and loosing hours of work...
