activation our Language Cloud Subscription

We have recently formatted one of our laptops and downloaded the software again. However, when trying to activate our Language Cloud Subscription account on the same laptop again, the message in red appears.  Please this is urgent, and we needed this sorted out a couple days ago, Mr. Robert tried on helping as much as he can and we are thankful for his assistance. Moreover, I think its best and faster if you would assist us on this.
