Hi! My computer is crashed and I cannot deactivate the license on the computer. I tried offline-deactivation, but an "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation" message keeps appearing. I cannot reset the license either (an error occurs). Can anyone help me? I have a SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus and an extra activation. Thanks!
