After my notebook computer crashed and I sent it in for service, resulting in the SSD being replaced, I reinstall TRADOS, but the activation key wouldn't work, throwing an error message. So I tried to deactivate offline, but there is no Deactivate popup such as shown in the video,so I can't use the Offline Deactivation Ticket.
Meanwhile, there no reset button shown on my account's licensing page, only the activate/deactivate offline options.
I have the Freelance Plus version with 1 license available, but want to deactivate the one that had been activated on this machine before proceeding to use the software on the new desktop I'm about to set up.
How does one deactivate an activation that isn't recognized in the reinstalled software?
