I'm trying to activate SDL Trados Business Manager Lite 5 (purchased in the past) in my SDL Trados Studio 2021 but I can't generate the offline activation certificate because I can't find the installation ID.
Any hint to solve this?

There's something wrong with this license. I'm not able to get the code to paste into the activation certificate window...
I have to find out the root cause for this.
