My name is Belinda Alva and I bought a license in December 2020.
My computer crashed all of sudden and my activation code remained activated in that computer. Now I'm trying to reset the license, but the system does not allow me. An error message appears.
Please help me reset the license. I tried many times with the Reset License button, but all my attempts were unsuccessful. I don't know what the problem is.
