I have just submitted the deactivation code for my version of studio 2014, but it is still showing as active on my account.
I selected "deactivate offline" on my old laptop version and then submitted my certificate no. on the website. It said it had deactivated but it hasn't. Now, on my Licenses page I don't have an option for Return or Reset license.
The only option I have is to Deactivate offline but that rejects the certificate because I have already used it.
