I am trying to deactivate my Trados license from laptop. I am connected to the internet, but it doesn't do it. I tried to do it offline by getting the code from Trados logon and inserting the code in Trados and I get the following error message:
"Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation austhorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authroization in your SDL account."
I have no idea how to remove the Trados...
