I have installed SDL Trades Studio 2017 to my virtual machine, and would like to return the single license so that I could reuse it on my PC. However, when I tried to deactivate the license, it failed. A look at the license in my account shows 'No Data'. Have not tried using the offline method as I am not sure or confirm whether I could get back my license to install on my PC.
Is there advice around this licensing issue?
