My recent versions Studio licenses are not showing in my account

I was about to start a new installation of my licensed Studio 2019 software and when I tried to disable the Studio 2017 software I got the message ""Could not revoke this license. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance".

I have a Freelance Plus license. Studio 2019 is already running smoothly in one of my computers and I had Studio 2017 installed in another one until today when I wanted to update to use that computer. I went to my SDL account and I can see that I have no recent Studio licenses showing, though the orders are still there.
