Current license doesn't appear in my SDL account

An SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance licence that I purchased in 2016 doesn't appear in the licenses section of my SDL account. Studio 2015 IS available in the downloads section of my account. Now I want to deactivate Studio 2015 on my current computer install/activate it on a new one. I'm concerned that I might have problems if the Studio 2015 license is not properly recorded in my account. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any suggestions? Thanks.
