Please uninstall any old or unwanted plugin as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge
If that doesn`t work please go yo C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\ and rename the folder 15 to OLD_15.
If you need to install a plugin please make sure that you download and install its latest version from Appstore.
