May I ask the SDL team to deactivate my licences as to allow me register them once again on new laptops. I tried yesterday resetting one of the two licences SDL Trados 2014 SP2, but today the licence code didn't work, and I don't know how to generate the offline deactivation certificate.... please do it for me.
