How long before my payment is processed

I have purchased a Trados 2021 license the 31st of March 2021 and received an e-mail with an order number and the following text:

'Thank you for your payment, your order has now been processed.' However when I log into my account the order is still being processed and this message is shown: 'We are awaiting payment for this order.' The payment has been withdrawn from my account on the 31st of March. Could you please look into this and let me know how long it will take before I can get started with my new license?
