I have already saved termbase. Sometimes the word would appear but some other time, the word wouldn't appear. I am using Studio Trados 2021.
Can you any help, why is this happening?

Please make sure you have the latest versions for Studio (Build 16.1.4.4184) and Multiterm (Build 16.1.1.541). You can check this in Studio > Help > About SDL Trados Studio and in Multiterm > Help > About SDL Multiterm. Also, make sure that your termbase is saved locally on your computer and not on a shared drive. If it`s currently on s shared drive, copy it locally, remove it from Projects Settings and re-add it from the new location.

I save my Termbase on Box so that my team can also access it if they need it, so i need to remove it and save it to another location on my computer and re-add it? Is that what you mean?
How do i share termbase if i need to share with my translators? Appreciate your answer.

Yes, you cam make a copy of the termbase, save it locally on your computer, go to Project Settings > remove the existing termbase > add the copy saved locally and check if it works.
You can share the termbase wherever you want but when working with it it`s recommended to have it stored locally as this kind of issue could appear.
