I recently purchased un upgrade to Trados Freelance 2021 but it's not appearing in the list of available licences.
I would also like to render the 2017 licence but it's not possible offline nor online.
I've understood that "When you upgrade your license, you replace your old version license with a new version license." but I am not able to deactive the 2017 license so I hope you could assist.

Your 2017 license has been reset and it`s not necessary to deactivate it from Studio 2017 anymore. In order to have the 2021 license available in your SDL account you have to process the upgrade from 2017 to 2021 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
