Thank you, the solution does not apply and sdl does not offer a support option other than the form I used to post the question.

Hi Oana,

That link only applies to Studio versions up to 2015. The uninstallation-reinstallation method does not reset the languages in either 2017 or 2019. Only a registry change will do that.
