I had OC reinstalled on my computer and would like to install my SDL Trados again. I have program files saved on an external drive but the program does not open because it asks for the license key again (and, obviously, does not accept it because it's a single-user license). Therefore, I can't deactivate it and install/activate it again. What can I do?
