I've upgraded my license today from 2019 to 2021.
Before (since last week or so) I had a problem with Studio 2019 (see below) which is still not resolved.
In installing Studio 2021, installation was announced sucessful,
but when it came to Multiterm, installation was not bucessful.
Please se below the several screen shots.

Can you please advise if you are getting any error message while trying to install Multiterm desktop 2021?

I got the following message (which is really long) : SDL Multiterm 2021 SR1
Setup did not complete. The error is Package 'SDL MultiTermLocal terbase Updated' could not be installed. Exception non g.r.ey: System.IO.FileNotFoundException; ..........
End of message is : Error number: -532462766
