Dear all,
i've got a Studio 2019 Pro licence. I've also got the Studio 2021 Pro upgrade.
My 2019 version seems to be corrupted, as
1. it has lost the file saving path and does not save my work anymore
2. it is impossible to deactivate the licence, neither online nor offline.
Could you please help me out to repair the corrupted backup/saving path and to deactivate the licence on one computer, to reactivate it on another computer and then to try to download the 2021 upgrade on the new computer.
