I'm having trouble activating the NMT character subscription. My SDL Studio 2019 is up to date; I also tried logging out and in again and am logged into the Cloud. The only package options available in my account are apparently the paid ones. Is the partially free NMT character deal still valid as of April 2021?

I think my NMT access issue was manually resolved by an SDL support engineer. I did not actually need to do anything.
