I have problem with the update of my Studio 2019. I was "talking" about it with your chat and I found the folder with the update files, but I don't know which file from the ftp (ftp://ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL_TP/Studio2019_CUs) I should download. Please help me.

To download the correct installer of Studio 2019 version, please log into your SDL account, then go to Products&Plans>Downloads section. From there, you can install the latest updated version of Studio 2019, this one in particular: SDL Trados Studio SR2 CU8.
Or do you get some error message when you try to do so?
Please post here the details, so we can check and advise further.
