I opened the case number 00579850 to investigate why the installation of Language Viewer 8.2. is significantly slower than the previous one even though the new machine is more powerful. The problem was identified, we were provided by a new license with 1CPU/LP instead previous for 32CPU/LP. The case was closed and we were adviced to contact our account manager and ask him to correct the license. Unfortunately we are not able to contact him for several weeks. Could you check what is wrong with him or give us a contact to his deputy? Our account manager is Patrick Vanderper.
