Hello,
I activated today my licence of Studio 2021, but I cannot access the Language Cloud: in fact when I enter my username and password in Studio 2021, a notification appears that my ID is not connected to any Language Cloud account.
However my licence is part of a company account (my company name is Esaote), and a colleague of mine using Studio 2021 too, can correctly use the Language Cloud: how can I connect to the same company ID?
