Hi there.
I would like to upgrade my Studio 2019 Licence to Studio 2021 and then, in the following step, to the Plus version.
I am working on some Projects (packages) and they're not finished, do you know i will lose all the work that I have done or if I can continue to work on these packages?

To process the upgrade from your 2019 version to the 2021 one please follow the below steps
Log in into your SDL account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses
Click on the blue ribbon that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again
Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2021 license code will appear.
