I have just downloaded and installed my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus software, but I can't see the corresponding activation code. I can just see the activation code for my former versions like SDL Trados Studio 2019 which I have upgraded from. Why can I not see version 2021 it in the Licenses list? I have payed it as you can see in the Order section.

As you have upgraded from 2019 to 2021- you need to process the upgrade in your SDL account as follows.
Once you have completed the upgrade process- you will then see your new 2021 activation code.
