I am asked to active my license when opening Studio 2021, but when I enter the activation code I get a message saying: "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."
Should I try to reset my license online?

I see you have not processed the upgrade in your SDL account, so you don't have the license code for 2021 version released yet.
To process the upgrade from your 2019 version to the 2021 one please follow the below steps
Log in into your SDL account
Click on Products&Plans - Licenses
Click on the blue banner that holds the message 'You have 1 upgrade available'
On the page that appears click on Upgrade button again
Once all done return to licenses tab where the 2021 license code will appear.

Please note that the 2019 will continue to work as long as you have it installed on the same PC with the 2021 version.

Why did my licenses for Studio 2017 disappear?
Does it render 2017 unusable?
Hello Thomas Loob,
After checking your account, you have upgraded from 2017 to 2021.
This means that your 2017 license has been 'exchanged' for a new Trados Studio 2021 license.
As long as you do NOT deactivate Studio 2017 (within the software) you can continue to use Studio 2017 alongside Trados Studio 2021
