I have a license that was used in a laptop, set in place in 2018, activation ID xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx and neglected to return the license upon disposing of the computer. I now need the license again but don't have access to the computer.
I have tried going through the instructions for both the Deactivation offline and reset and neither worked (why?).
Please help with deactivation/reset of this license.
