Are you referring to MultiTerm 2007 or 2017?
Perhaps you could post the full error stack
Such an error I think is normally related to permissions issues/corrupted files and or incompatible Operating System,
so it would be good if you could explain exactly when the problem arises.
The more detail you can provide, the better.
