Today I experienced a problem with my Trados Studio Freelance 2017.

The problem: I started it but no display at all. However its status is activated.

I tried to remove it and reinstall it. But I had a message box says "Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first." Look at the file attached.

This message makes no sense. I already remove the previously installed Studio 2017. How can I remove it?

What is the solution for this?
