Problems with proper functioning of Studio Starter version 2021 (SR1 16.1.4.4184)

So far I have been using the Studio Starter version 2021 (SR1 16.1.4.4184) without any problems. But recently I receive error messages, when trying to load a single document for translation (see error message 1 attached) or opening any *.xliff file (see error message 2). 

I have followed all the steps recommended on the website (https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/w/customer-experience/3392/01-2-trouble-shooting-unexplained-errors-and-unwanted-behaviour-in-trados-studio-multiterm) apart from the last one, i.e. to repair/reset Studio via the app FreshStart, as I can not download it (see error message 3).

Can you help me?
