Hi,
I uninstalled MultiTerm 2021 and wanted to reinstall it but an error message pops up that it cannot be installed because a newer version is already installed. I have cleaned my computer, looked for old files but did not find anything. Can you please help?

Please try to follow the below steps :
1. Download the latest version for Multiterm 2021 from your SDL account > Products & Plans > Downloads
2. Run the installer downloaded at step 1.
3. If you receive any error message please try to install Multiterm 2021 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029227
