Hello,

I need to send my laptop to have it repaired and will use my old laptop in the meantime. The old laptop still has Studio 2017 installed, which seems to be working still, even though I have Studio 2021 installed on the new laptop. I now wanted to uninstall Studio 2021 from the new laptop, just in case I run into problems with the Studio 2017 version on the old laptop while the new (broken) laptop is away. I tried to deactivate the license offline  before uninstalling but it says "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."

Please advise.
