Sdl trados on a new computer

Question

Hello! My computer is broken and it is impossible to switch it on. I had SDL Trados Studio 2021 installed on it and want to transfer it to my new computer. The only thing I found is that I have to use the old computer off line to deactivate the license but I can't do that because the old computer is completely broken. What ca I do?

 Your license has been reset, please try to activate it on the new computer. 
 In the future you can try to reset the license from your SDL account as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

 All your data (projects, TMs, etc.) is saved locally on your computer under: C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Studio 2021. 
 Unfortunately, if you don`t have access to the old computer, your data can`t be recovered unless you had a backup somewhere else (for example on One Drive).

 You can`t copy them from the external drive on the new computer or you can`t import them from your computer in Studio? 
 If it`s the second can you send a screenshot with the error, in case you have one?
