Licensing issue

Hi,

After using the free trial, on Saturday I purchased the annual Freelance subscription. It all seemed to work fine, both on Saturday and Sunday (yesterday), but today I can't use the software, it seems as if I don't have a license. If I try to re-activate the Language Cloud subscription, I get the message that I have already reached the maximum amount of devices for my subscription. I only use one PC and I haven't tried to use the license on other devices. What should I do?
