Deactivate licence error

Question

Good morning, 
 
 I am trying ro deactivate my Trados licence but the program gives me the following error message:

The licence is being used by another user from our institution, without problems. 
 In theory I should be using another licence, but as I cannot deactivate this one, I cannot activate the one that is actually assigned to me. 
 Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Hello Anna Navarro Cañet 
 Please follow the below steps to fix the issue: 
 
 Close Studio. 
 Go to : C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data 
 Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 Reactivate Studio with your license. 
 
 Note: If you can't find the path above open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
