Who in support can provide me with a license file that will allow me to (re-)activate my Trados 2007 license?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Thanks Paul! I am aware of that and have reset my license. However, it appears that SDL have switched off the activation server for Trados 2007 and it is therefore no longer possible for owners of Trados 2007 to activate their license via the internet. The only way around this appears to be if SDL reactivate the activation server for Trados 2007 or send me a license file that would allow activation independent of the internet. The problem is I cannot find any email addresses or telephone numbers for contacts in support who might be able to help with this.
