Translation task not responding

Hi. When I have a traslation to do and drop it in the "drag and drop" box  a message pops up advising the file is not supported. I have purchased an SDL Trados Starter package and I had numerous problems setting it up to start with. It took 5 weeks to be able to have your man set it up. Therefore not being able to use my purchase. I have a lot of translating to do and your product is not performing at all. I know that I have not purchased technical support but I should be able to use my product. Please fix this in a timely manner. Your chat assistant was no help at all. Although I have provided her with snap shots of information, I am not getting anywhere! So frustrating! How can I purchase an upgraded version or leave a good review? Please help ASAP.
