Language Cloud Account

Hello!
I have a problem with my academic Language Cloud account. It says that my Language Cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription. I have already tried to solve the problem with the existing instruction, but it was useless. My account is Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University (ID 490339).

Could you help me with the problem, too?
