Hi. I'm trying to reset 1 of my 2 licenses for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus due to a recently formatted computer by clicking the "Reset License" option on SDL license section, but I keep getting a very "helpful" error message: "An error has occurred". I can't deactivate in Studio itself because the machine is no longer working (and that's why I had to format it). How can I reset it if the option in SDL/RWS website doesn't work and I can't talk to a real person from support to do it for me?
