You can do this yourself of you have the Freelance version? You also didn't tell us which version of Studio... so here's some instructions for each one.
For Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2011 and Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For Trados Studio 2015, Trados Studio 2017, Trados Studio 2019 and Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
