Studio 2017 - 2021

Question

Hello. 
 I have made an upgrade from Studio 2017 Freelance to Studio 2021 Freelance. For that purpose, I have deactivated my Studio 2017 license on my old PC and then activated the Studio 2021 licence on the new PC. 
 I then discovered that the Studio 2017 soft was no longer usable on my previous PC, what I would need for file, TM and termbases mananging purposes. 
 My question is: once deactivated in order to upgrade to Studio 2021, how can I still use my Studio 2017? Should I temporarily return o deactivate my Studio 2021 license?

 Unfortunately it is not possible to use Studio 2017 if you deactivated the 2017 license and then upgraded to 2021 version. As stated in the license upgrade process article the 2017 license was removed when you processed the upgrade to 2021: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975 
 For Freelance license you could have processed the upgrade without deactivating the 2017 license but at this point there`s nothing we can do as the 2017 license was already removed.
