Ive formatted my computer because I couldnt acces the system and now i need to deactivate one license to download trados again.
I have two licenses but only need to reset one. Tried both ways to reset them but it keeps giving me an error.
I request the reset of the license please, I think the one that needs to be reset is the one that starts with: 6120615b
Im not sure, is there a way I can see on my other computer which activation license its running. I tried but didnt find it.
