Please log in to your SDL account and process the upgrade.

This will then replace the 2017 activation with the new activation code from Studio 2021

Please note:

Should you wish to continue using Studio 2017 (ongoing projects)- please do NOT deactivate the license in Studio 2017

thanks for your reply. But exactly the activation step you are mentioning does not work. It does not process the upgrade when I want to run it on the following page:

The help documents say that it ist a 2 step upgrade from Studio 2017 to 2019 to 2021, but how does this work, as I do not have Studio 2019?

Do you have any advice?  Many thanks in advance!

sorry to keep coming back. I found your updated documentation, and this is exactly what I have been trying to do. My problem is that the processing is not happening. If I choose Menge "1" and "Upgrade verarbeiten", nothing happens. What can I do?

I think this might be due to pop-up restrictions in your browser.

Please log back in/refresh the licenses page, and you will now find the 2021 activation code.
