I have tried previous solutions suggested but they didn't work.
The problem started after installing the Memsource file type in Studio 2021.
I added an exception in Defender Antivirus, repaired and then uninstalled and reinstalled Trados, but no way. It still doesn't work.
I am in the middle of an urgent project. can you help me ASAP? thank you!

Please try these steps:
1. Make sure Studio (including any error messages) is closed
2. Go to the folder: C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Studio 2021\Projects
3. Find the file “projects.xml” and rename it, for example as “projects.xml_old”
4. Try starting Studio again
