As with other users on the forum, I am met with the "You are not currently subscribed to a machine translation package." message when trying to set up SDL Language Cloud to take advantage of the free 500,000 characters.
I have tried visiting my RWS Language Cloud account online and visiting the subscription page to set up the free package, but the page is simply blank and advises me to contact a sales rep to discuss packages.

The first thing I would try is the following-
Close Studio
Navigate to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\SDL
Delete the file- LanguageCloudMachine Translation.bin
Now reopen Studio and sign back in to Language Cloud with your credentials.
You should also remove Language cloud as a translation provider (in Project Settings) and then re-add this to the project.
