I ned to deactivate mi license because i will chance mi hard disk.

I currently use Trados 2017 and just bought the license upgrade to Studio 2021 (non installed jet).
I wanted to deactivate the license of Studio 2017 but I can't get it in the list on the SDL website.
And can not deactivate Studio 2021 either because I haven't installed it yet.
What can ido?

Hello BRIGIDA PEREZ ,
As you have already processed the upgrade to Studio 2021-all you need to do is install Studio 2021 on the new machine and activate Trados Studio 2021 using the license that is in your account.
After upgrading to 2021- the license for 2017 is no longer available.
