I received this message and SDL Trados Studio 2021 fails to open. I am unable to work

 Please navigate to the following folders and manually delete the plugin 
 You will then be able to start Studio.

I have logged this with our team (SDL-COM 2639) and will update you as soon as possible.

 Please install Reports Viewer 
 https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/reports-viewer-plus/1120/ 
 Then reinstall Transcreate and you should no longer have any problems.
